Water Fountain?

Alyce decided that since she was thirsty and the water was spraying, she should be able to treat it like a water fountain . . .

Maybe if I lean down and tip my head a bit more . . .

Water Play

A couple weeks ago the temperature soared above 90 (in April!) so Don got this cool water playground for the girls:

As you can see, we didn't bother with swimsuits - and the lack didn't slow them down at all!

Kelli's Growing Up

I was going through my photos (finally uploading them to smugmug and freeing up some space on the computer) and found these pics of Kelli playing Nintendogs on the DS a couple weeks ago - I can't believe how old she looks!

Alyce and the Slide

Alyce has mastered the small play structure at our closest park and loves going up the stairs, through the tunnel, and down the slide. I can' t get the video to upload right now, but did get some cute pics - the grin on her face says it all!

Kelli really wanted to help Alyce swing - and found out it can be a lot of work ;).

They both had a lot of fun though - it's nice to see Kelli helping Alyce out and Alyce appreciating it.

Both girls are developing of love of swings at our local park - though each in their own way.

Kelli prefers to swing on her stomach - I think she likes being able to control the pace of the swing that way.

Alyce, on the other hand, likes to swing as high and as fast as she can go.

We went to Candyland to go trick or treating. Candyland is one of the dorms at Biola decorated for the community. They have games for kids too.

Pre-Halloween Trick or Treat

My mom came down a couple of weekends ago, so the girls showed her there costumes. Kelli is Bindi the jungle girl and of course Alyce is our puppy.
